Overview

Manaslu Circuit Trek takes us through remote parts of north central Nepal. It starts from Arughat Bazaar in Gorkha. We start from an altitude of 700m from sea level and reach a maximum of 5260m at Larke Pass. Manaslu trek was opened in 1991 with special permit required. The beginning part of the trail is walking through the banks of Budhi Gandaki river. And gradually climbs up crossing valleys and villages. The difficulty level of the trek is tough. Every day it requires 6-7 hours walks to get next camp, and more than 8hrs for the day of Larkey Pass.

The trail reaches Besi Sahar after crossing Larkey La Pass (5,260m). The trails of Manaslu showcases unique environment with majestic Himalayan ranges. The natural scenes with high altitude glacial lakes, flora and fauna always mesmerize trekkers. All these topographies of the trail make Manaslu one of the best destinations for the remote trek in Nepal. It is also a well-known camping trail of Nepal. For romantic camping, Manaslu is one of the best. But now most of the trekkers choose guesthouse because of cheaper price and ease of access.
